Starting November 18, 2025 the office will be open to the public on Wednesdays and Thrusdays from 1-5 p.m. The Village Clerk will still be available Monday through Friday by email ( [email protected] ) or call 217-864-5263 with a detailed voicemail, name, and call back phone nubmer.
These office hours are effective until December 1st.
Starting December 1st the office will be closed to the public until further notice. The Village Clerk will still be available Monday through Friday by email. If you require an inperson meeting at the office, please email the Village Clerk with your meeting topic and availablity to schedue an appointment.

The Village Clerk will NOT be availabe from December 5th through December 12th. Please contact the Village Treasurer ( [email protected] ) for all inquires during this time.
