Golf Cart/ Off-Highway Vehicle Form

The Village of Long Creek requires all golf carts and off-highway vehicles to be registered at the Village Hall. Please see the related document for the golf cart and off-highway vehicle registration form. Contact the Village clerk for the registration process and instructions. The Vilage of Long Creek appreiciates the cooperation of our community! 

Reminders: 

1) Golf carts and off-highway vehicles are not permitted to drive upon any state highway ( U.S. Route 36 and S. Mt. Zion Rd.)

2) Golf carts and off-highway vehicles are to be operated by a person who is 18 years of age or older and has a valid drivers license.
