Golf Cart/ Off-Highway Vehicle Form

The Village of Long Creek requires all golf carts and off-highway vehicles to be registered at the Village Hall. Please see the attached documents below, if you are registering for the first time or have recently bought a new unit please fill out the Registration form. You may email the form to the contact below or submit it to the Village Office. 

The annual fee for a golf cart and off-highway vehicle is $50.00, if you are registering outside of the annual renewal window a prorated fee will apply.

Reminders: 

1) Golf carts and off-highway vehicles are not permitted to drive upon any state highway ( U.S. Route 36 and S. Mt. Zion Rd.)

2) Golf carts and off-highway vehicles are to be operated by a person who is 18 years of age or older and has a valid drivers license.
